You can use the Free account as long as you wish.

What's the difference between Free account and Pro account?
Free account includes almost all features except that the total number
of votes/answers can not exceed certain limits. The included quota limits should
be enough for most users.
A few advanced features such as detailed location reports are not available
to Free account. Priority email support is not available to free account
either.

Absolutely. You can use Free account for both personal use and business use. Note
that both Free account and Pro account are subject to the
Terms of Use.

Is Essential Poll for English only?
No. While Essential Poll website is currently available only in English,
you can create your polls/surveys in any language. Essential Poll also
has built-in support for you to create multiple language polls/surveys.

Do you have a price in my local currency?
Unfortunately no. All prices are in U.S. dollars. If you sign up online
with a credit card, your credit card issuer will usually perform the
conversion for you. You may wish to call them to confirm the exchange rate.

Do I have to use a credit card to sign up the Pro account?
No. In addition to all credit cards, we also accept money order, check, wire transfer,
and online payment through other payment providers such as Google Checkout or PayPal.

by any of those methods.

What is Card Verification Code?
A Card Verification Code, or CVC, is a number that provides extra security to credit
and debit card holders, in case an unauthorized person gets a hold of your account
number. CVCs are one way to make sure someone has the actual card in his or her
possession.
The CVC on American Express cards is four digits, and is located on the front of
the card, on the right side. Discover, MasterCard, and Visa use three-digit CVCs,
which are listed on the back of the card. The CVC is the last three digits of the
number that appears on your signature bar.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro account any time. If you have
a multiple month plan, a prorated refund for any remaining
months will be issued to you.
