Essential Poll offers a built-in state of art Visual Survey Editor that allows you to build your surveys via drag and drop. To add a question simply drag a question from the toolbox to the survey area. To move a question to a different location simply drag the question to the desired location. Just create a rule to jump to another question or page, or to end the survey based on various conditions: when a question is answered, or when it is not answered, or when it contains certain words...everything you can imagine.

Publish your poll or survey and see the result right away. Various types of reports are provided in realtime: respondent report, location report, and answering report. Filter or drill down however you want.

Essential Poll supports extensive result filtering and drilling down options. Want to get a report covering data between certain dates? No problem. Want to cover data only when a specific question is answered? No problem. Want to cover data only from a particular country? Not a problem at all. Multiple filtering rules can be applied and combined. You can even save your filters so that they can be easily applied by a single mouse click whenever you want.

You can restrict whether people can answer your poll multiple times or restrict access to the survey so that only people you want can take part in it either based on a password or by IP addresses/ranges.

You can attach as many custom tags to your survey as you like. The tag is appended to the survey URL and subsequently being saved and associated to the answer when the survey is filled out. You can view the tag value when you view an answer, or filter by tag value when viewing reports.

You can automatically close the poll/survey based on preset conditions: either by the number of answers collected or after a specific time. This ensures that your poll/survey does not collect more answers than needed.

You can email any poll or survey to another user. Essential Poll also provides a built-in address book for you to maintain your email addresses in groups and sub groups.

Want to be notified whenever a user answers your survey? Just provide an email address. Advanced users can also use the HTTP POST option. It allows you to provide a "callback" URL that will be "called" with answer data every time a user answers your survey. Essential Poll can display multiple questions per page or a single question per page. In "one question per page" mode, it automatically displays one question per page. In "multiple questions per page" mode, you manually insert "page breaks" to tell Essential Poll how to divide questions into multiple pages.
