Survey Folder:
You can use folders to organize surveys.
|
My Surveys
Click here to select a different folder.
To manage your folders, go to All Surveys page.
You can also create survey now and move it to another folder later.

Survey Title:
The title of the survey. This title will be presented to your respondents.
|
|
|
Custom Start Message:
You can display a welcome message before the first question. By default, the survey
has no welcome message, so user will be presented with the first question immediately.
You can enter plain text or valid XHTML markup here.

|
Custom Finish Message:
You can display a custom ending message once the respondents have completed the
survey. You can use plain text or valid XHTML markup here.
